  • Part came poorly package, shroud was broken off. Had to return it and asked to be sent a replacement. But, they wouldn't send me a new one unless I paid for AGAIN AND would have to wait 7 to 10 days after they received it to refund my original purchase.!!! REALLY?
Unfortunately when I received my part it was poorly packaged and broken in the box repairman said I need to send it back a contact him when it comes back in. I contacted them to ask if they could send out another one while I send this one back they said no I have to pay for it again and then after they receive the original broken part they would refund me in 7 to 10 days so I'm forking out $600 for a $300 part that was broken!!! Very bad packaging quality control is non-existent.... Suggest you get a new packing firm or shipping firm it was absolutely ridiculous

    1. I accessed the blower by removeing the side panel of the stove.
    2. I disconected the wireing to the blower.
    3. I removed four screws that held the blower to the back of the firebox.
    4. I removed the blower gasket from the firebox and scraped any residue off with a putty knife.
    5. I placed a dab of RTV on the blower housing and placed the gasket onto blower.
    6. Then I attached the new blower to the firebox with four screws.
    7. I attached the wireing to the blower.
    8. I put the side panel back on the stove and started the stove to check it out.
