Thanks to a customer suggestion we have implemented “printable receipts.” After you place an order you are now able to have a copy of your specific order. Click on the link entitled “Printable Receipt” on “My Account” page.
This is an example of a great suggestion that we were able to use to help the site improve! As a growing business we welcome any suggestions that you may have!

We have added a link to the right hand side bar of our website titled: “How can we improve this page?” It is available on all pages of the website other than the homepage. This is designed to give you, our customer, a say when it comes to the website. As a fast-growing small business, we welcome any constructive comments that you may have. This link has resulted in some great ideas from customers. Many of their ideas have already been implemented. This is a great way to let us know if a schematic is incorrect or other mistakes on a specific page. It also gives you an opportunity to voice considerations relevant to the entire website. Watch for new posts regarding the positive changes we are making to the site because of this new tool.

We have worked long and hard to be able to announce that Black & Decker tool parts are officially on our site. It takes a lot of work and refining to get to this point with any line of tools. The Black & Decker line is a work in progress but, it will be running at full capacity within a few weeks. We are adding more schematics, pictures, and tools on a daily basis. If there is tool or schematic that you cannot find, please contact us at 1-866-802-6383. A customer service representative will happy to assist you in finding the correct parts.
