I removed the screw in the chuck. I placed a wrench in the chuck and hit it counterclock wise several times. The first 3-4 times made the chuck move slightly, the next hit made it move significantly. But it never came loose even after repeating several times.

Fantastic Site!

Let me be the first to say that Your Web Pages are perfect, and made it simple to find what I needed.
Your pictures and ease of use are what made me a customer.
I'm a 60 year old woman that knows nothing about tools, except how to use them, and your site was the easiest to use, and find what I wanted. After trying at 4 other sites, It was your easy site that sold me. Tell your "Computer Guys" Job Well Done!
PS The prices blew me away too!
Finally, an online source for parts, I just love it!
