This is a genuine part that is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with Murray engines. The blade allows you to cut with precision and is made of metal. Though the blade is sold individually, it is a common ware item, so we recommend ordering a spare. Start by removing the blade guard, then press the blade locking pin and turn the blade until it can no longer move. Use an Allen wrench to remove the blade bolt and then the flange. Place the new blade in, replace the flange and bolt. Lower the guard mounting hardware and tighten the screw back into place.
