Hello 1262377,

If you can give me the dimensions, amps, voltage and how many terminals it has. I might be able to locate one for you.

Question: Discontinute Parts

I have a model PW 1300 electric pressure washer and need a new connector 5140020-07. Reading other questions I see others are having the same problem that this and other parts are no longer available. So now what do I do? Will the washing machine double connector work for me?

Question: Gun Aslemby

Barbara Cupps

I'm using the Compact Pressure Washer PW1300 and the gun blew apart as I was beginning. I have all the parts but can't figure out how to put all of it back together. Do you have a diagram of the assembly so I can see what part goes where? Thank you

Question: Outlet Tube Cracked

I do not believe it can be fixed. They do not sell the part but if you buy some jb weld mix it up and put it on where the crack is wait one day for it to cure and it should fix it. I hope this helps

Question: Quicl Disconnect

Bill Wilson

I lost the quick disconnect. Can the connector be removed and a garden hose screwed into my power washer?
Karl

No...The wrong end of the garden hose is exposed. You will need a double female adapter that can be found at most hardware stores. However I found it easier to use a Washing machine supply hose. It gives you more working room and it has two female ends

Question: GFCI

My pressure washer runs but then as soon as I turn on the water it trips the GFCI and needs to reset. Does anyone know how to fix my problem?

Question: Oil For Pw1300

Dan Trout

My pressure washer thrust bearing exploded and I managed to acquire a aftermarket replacement be in order to get to the old one I had to drain the oil inside the pump housing. My question is, how much oil do I need to put in for the pump to function properly? Thanks

Water entered the pump bearing assembly and the thrust washer came apart causing the pump to seize up. DeWalt does not sell overhaul kits. Do you know where I can buy a new thrust washer? Thanks.

Question: GFCI For PW1300 Washer

julio

Following instructions as per the manual, when I plug it into the outlet an intermittent setting red light comes on along with synchronous clicking noise. What should I do if such problem is not shown in the troubleshooting instructions?. Do I have to buy a new GFCI or repair the present one. It seems that the operator struck it accidentally on a concrete floor. Thanks
John
Question: Wiring Diagram

John

Where can I find the wiring diagram to trouble shoot? With the GFCI plug reset and water input at sufficient pressure nothing happens when I close the I/O switch. At this point I expect the motor to run for a couple seconds and then stop. All I get is a 1/8 inch steady stream output through the turbo gun-nozzle.

These units have very crappy brushes. Where the wires attach to the motor itself are the actual brush springs and connectors. pull off the female spade connectors and slide the male spade out of the housing slots to expose the brush spring and contact. Hit these with some scotch brite, steel wool or sandpaper and reassemble. Get the male spades while you are at it.

Question: Gun Assembly

Mary

The gun assembly is leaking. I have checked all moving parts and o-rings. Everything seems to be good. What else could be leaking on the unit?

Hi Mary,

Most likely one of the plastic seams have cracked or an internal seal has failed. The gun is only offered by the manufacture as an assembly with the hose. Separate parts are not available. The gun and hose assembly is part #5140067-10 and is available from http://ereplacementparts.com.

Good luck with your repair!

I came across a similar problem with the Water Pressure Hose and Handle which surprises me as its only out from the box 4th time in a year and 2 months. The first time using it, the pressure hose leak and now the handle is leaking. Personally, I will not recommend this particular product to anyone. With so many customers having the same problem and its costly repairs, I think B & D might as well discontinue it.
