Brush roll would not spin. End cap had broken off brush roll
Removed screws on underside of vacuum and removed cover plate. Removed brush roll and belt. Attached belt to brush roll and Installed new brush roll ( the end caps are part of brush roll) Replaced cover plate with screws. Complete installation was very simple.

I threw away the dirt cup baffle by mistake...and I ordered the belt and foam filter just in case I need them in the future.
I just put it back where it belong in the dirt cup by hand no tools required.
