Screwdriver, Wrench Set, Allen wrench

Removed the covers, took off the chain drives, took out the rollers and bearings, replaced the blocks, put everything together in the order they were removed. Checked if the feed rollers were true, they were and back to planning.

The outfeed roller was moving, bearing elongated, made the wood stop and start leaving marks in the wood.

Screwdriver, Wrench Set, Snap ring pliers, needle nose pliers

1. Remove the covers.
2. Remove the chain to the rollers only.
3. Remove the snap ring and the gears.
4. I did 1 bearing at a time.
5. Put back together.
6. Adjust the rollers as needed.
7. Lube bearings.
8. Start using.

1. Make a 5x1/2x1/2 out of wood 2. Use adjustment handle to raise planer head assembly to max height 3. Use Allen wrench to loosen the screws that retain the compression spring 3 I steer the compressions stick user the planer head and the piece of metal retaining the spring 4. Remove both screws the slower raise the cutter head assembly to release the bearing roller 5. Oil and insert new bearing 6. Insert compression spring and bearing block 7. Pace the compression stick over the retainer plate then lower the cutting assembly to decompress the spring 8. Insert screws and tighten

Bering block wore to an oval and the pressure drive shaft jammed.

Removed all appropriate covers, removed the shaft drive sprocket and chain, removed the shaft, removed the Bearing blocks, ordered new blocks from ereplacement parts.com, lubricated and installed new blocks, reinstalled the shaft, reinstalled the drive sprocket and chain.
