Description:

This bar adjusting pin hooks onto the crankcase along with the bar adjust retainer and the screw. When you tighten the screw it helps to place tension on the bar. This high-quality pin is made out of metal and is sold individually. It is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with Poulan chainsaws. A screwdriver and a socket set may be needed when replacing this part.

Replacement parts.

1. Removed the clutch cover.
2. Installed the new bar adjuster screw and the pin.
3. Removed the air filter cover.
4. Installed the new air filter.

Chain tension adjustment was stripped out and worn.

Removed the chain bar cover, chain bar, and chain...inserted new screw, clip and pin...reassembled. Took 10 minutes,
