    Was correct bearing and router runs smooth now. The old bearing melted the black plastic case that surrounds it, which is not included but I didn't expect it to be.

    to much play in bearing and noise from being loose

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, vice to pop off 1 of the bearing

    simple unscrew case wiggle apart
    dismantle clips and use socket to pop out first bearing
    use vise with 2 screw drivers holding underneath the bearings and with soft blow hammer

    then re-assemble all
