Carpet cleaner leaking water from underneath
Placed carpet cleaner on bench with 2x4 block between wheels so bottom of housing would not fall during disassembly.
1. Removed belt access hatch using screwdriver to pry it out. Removed 6 screws to pull top cover.
2. Removed roller latch under the pump to provide access to roller. Roller does not need removal, only lifting to release tension on pump belt.
3. Removed 4 screws from pump, then lifted pump and replaced belt. Refastened pump and brush roller latch.
4. Removed autoload assy and receiver using screwdriver to push keepers together, then lifting up.
5. Had to cut a slit in hardened water lines to remove them. Trimmed hardened lines back to soft vinyl.
Replaced autoload assy and receiver with new parts and replaced water lines.
6. Reassembled.
