It is a genuine item that is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Briggs and Stratton and Troy-Bilt pressure washers. The pump is the main component which creates the pressure, it can generate up to 2550 PSI. This is an identical replacement for a missing or damaged pump assembly which was installed on the new unit, over time it may wear out and begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. Keep in mind this durable metal component is sold individually.

Pump Assembly 2550 PSI
Arrived on time. New design with several improvements over original. Works great. Couldn't give a 5 star rating because the three mounting bolts were all the same length and one needed to be 3 and 3/4 inches long to fit my Briggs and Stratton engine mount on the right side. Had to go to the local hardware store and purchase a long enough bolt to complete installation. Over all happy with the purchase.

Unbolted the pump from the housing and slide old pump off shaft. Slid new pump on shaft and bolted new pump on housing...done deal.
