The H650IS-W Generator had two issues: (1) The capacitor on the Board Circuit was bulging and (2) The capacitor in the Generator was leaking and bulging.

Replacing the Board Circuit alone did not fix the issue. But because it has an issue with the capacitor, it needed to be replaced. The motor capacitor was not available anywhere. I removed it from the Generator, took physical measurements, chose a capacitor (Part Number G6126802 - Motor Run Capacitor, 55MFD, 440V, Oval) available on the open market, and replaced it. I had to make a modification to the capacitor bracket to make the capacitor fit the Generator. After a successful stress test, I put the Generator back into service.
