! DEPRESSURIZE THE AIR TANK.

Always depressurize the tank before servicing an air compressor. To do this, open the drain valve and wait until all of the air (and pressure) has escaped.

1. Remove the manifold cover.

Remove the retaining screw.

Remove the manifold screw

 

Lift the manifold cover away from the unit.

2. Remove the tank pressure gauge.

Use a wrench (11mm for the model shown here) to loosen the pressure gauge.

INSTALLING THE NEW TANK PRESSURE GAUGE [top]

3. Install the new tank pressure gauge.

SPECIFIX: This gauge comes with thread sealant pre-applied; additional sealant is not required.

Thread the new tank pressure gauge onto the manifold.

Use a wrench to secure the gauge.

4. Reinstall the manifold cover.
