This was a replacement part for a freak accident last winter, being the weed eater was in my garage in 20 degree weather when it got knocked over by accident. End results were alarming, this peace made of plastic, shattered in those temps when it hit the concrete! This part is an integral component to the engine, not just an aircleaner, but also a choke assembly too.

2. Discard air cleaner Housing
3. Position the new air cleaner housing
4. Install 2 screws

Very easy, parts were an exact fit. Two screws were removed to replace carburetor and two more screws were removed to replace the gas tank. Very happy with the replacement parts. will use eReplacement again.

Very simple fix. Just remove 2 screws. Then remove the broken air filter cover and install a new air filter.
