Removed the head assembly from the nail gun to where the air was flowing from and sepeated the parts. In doing this I found the collar was damaged and was broken into multiple pieces. I identified the pieces to order from a parts list online at eReplacement parts. Very simple and easy to use and gave recommendations based on previous repairs.
