Lower guard was cracked and handle was missing

1. Freed up stuck and inoperable lower guard to make sure there were no others problems.
2. Removed lower guard by removing retaining snap ring, replaced with new guard
3. Installed lower guard handle and anchoring screw (8-32 X 3/8)
4. Installed missing screw in trigger handle (8-32 X 1)
5. Saw now back in use, as good as new.
